Meet Jen
Hi, my name is Jen.
Whether this is your first time reaching out for therapy or you’re returning after some time away, I want to offer you a very warm welcome. I know how daunting it can feel to take this step, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to be here.
I am passionate about supporting people through life’s most difficult moments. Stress, worry, anxiety, depression, and overwhelm can build up quietly over time, leaving you exhausted, stuck, or unsure where to turn.
My therapy sessions offer a calm, compassionate space where you can breathe, explore what’s happening for you, and begin to reconnect with your inner strength.
Clients often tell me that our work together feels like “coming home”, a return to clarity, comfort, and a sense of belonging they thought they had lost.
I have worked in the mental health sector for more than twenty‑five years, supporting individuals from all walks of life, including those in the public eye who are used to being seen. Therapy is the one place where you don’t have to perform or hold everything together. You can be yourself.
My therapeutic style is integrative, which means I draw on different approaches depending on what you need. I have supported people experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, grief (including pet loss), trauma, ADHD, OCD, domestic abuse, and many other emotional struggles. As a Certified Grief Recovery Method Specialist, I am trained to support clients through more than forty types of loss, both physical and emotional, including the profound grief that comes with losing a pet.
Much of my work centres around stress, anxiety, and low mood. These feelings can affect sleep, confidence, relationships, and your ability to cope day‑to‑day. My therapy sessions offer a safe space to ease these pressures and find ways forward that feel manageable and achievable.
I also work extensively with grief and loss. Bereavement, the end of a relationship, estrangement, or major life changes can leave you feeling overwhelmed and unsure how to move forward. Together, we can explore ways to find hope, strength, and a path toward healing.
Trauma and abuse, including childhood experiences, have been a significant part of my work for over two decades. The impact can be heavy and long‑lasting, often affecting self‑worth and relationships. Your sessions will be held with care, respect, and deep understanding.
I support many clients living with ADHD. Therapy can help you understand yourself more fully, explore the emotional impact, and find practical strategies that feel realistic and supportive.
Whatever you are facing, you do not have to go through it alone.
