If I was to recommend a therapist to anyone, it would be Jen for sure. I have overcome many problems and grown so much as a person thanks to her support and guidance. Every session feels meaningful and worthwhile, and I haven’t had a single regret in choosing Jen to be my therapist. She is one of the sweetest and most understanding people I know, and she always makes me feel comfortable, relaxed, and truly listened to every time I see her. She creates such a safe, non-judgmental space where I can open up honestly, which has made a huge difference in my progress. Jen is incredibly patient, kind, and insightful. She has a way of helping me see things more clearly and approach challenges in a healthier, more positive way. I always leave our sessions feeling lighter, more confident, and better equipped to handle whatever I’m going through. I’m genuinely so grateful for everything she’s done for me, and I couldn’t recommend her highly enough to anyone looking for a caring and supportive therapist ☺️🙌

I was recommended Lifeways in Stratford on Avon by a friend after my brother sadly passed away. There were so many counsellors! I read about each one but kept being draw to Jen. I am one that holds everything in, but after meeting Jen the first time, she put me at ease and had a way of letting me get all my emotions out. Jen is so calming and supportive, I really appreciate our sessions. It’s now like sitting and chatting to a friend but feeling safe. There’s no judgement, Jen just makes me feel I am able to say how I truly feel and has helped me with the guilt I was carrying through grief. I can not recommend Jen enough. Definitely worthy of the 5 stars!
